Today marks the Winter Solstice.  It's the beginning of a new Season.  The North Pole now is tilted the farthest away from the sun.  I have been counting down the days to December 21st since mid-October.  The days are noticeably shorter then, and it's sometimes frustrating and sad after being able to enjoy the longer days of Summer.   Today, however, is one of my favorite days... not because it's the shortest day of the year, but because after today,  the daylight will begin to linger longer ... and each day we will have a few more moments to make memories, finish daily tasks, and enjoy the company of people we love.  Happy First Day of Winter my friends at unltd.com!
